You will take your cocktails and meals in a magnificient Lodge, situated at 600m altitude, in the middle of a large Domaine of 150 ha and entirely open to nature, conceived for a relaxing stay : enjoy a nice book while sitting in your leather chair in the lounge or in your room; enjoy the calm and the view over the Doamine and the Indian Ocean and once in a while you will be able to see the deer.
The restaurant Diana Dea, open to the nature with Panoramic view to the Indian Ocean, it is a place where mineral and vegetal mix with stone and tropical flower as well as precious wood.
The menu evolutes constantly and you are welcomed throuhout the year with an attentive service of quality. The wine menu proposes you a large selection of french wine but is also open to the world.
The creative cuisine of our chef and his team is contemporary, high in perfumes and colours. The team is allying the best local products with spices and local flavours, proposing you a traditional and gastronomical menu.
Composed exclusively with fresh products, there is a large space for sea food products, delivered to the Lodge every day, without forgetting the local Reunion specialities such as : chou coco, chouchou, sweet potato, cambar, Bourbon Vanilla and a selection of French specialities like : Beef Medaillon, Foie Gras, Duck Magret, Noix de Saint-Jacques. As the seasons goes by, our Reunion and French chefs integrate perfectly well their talent and inventivity for transforming fruit and vegetable of the Island but forgotten long ago. The table of the Diana Dea Lodge is reputated to be one of the best ones in the area.
